Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Dubai | Full-time | 2-3 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads & develop new business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Convert leads into booking confirmation.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates & follow up.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years UAE freight forwarding sales experience.
  • Business development & client acquisition skills.
  • Rate negotiation & quotation experience.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Male & Female candidates encouraged to apply.

OPERATIONS

Operations Executive

Dubai | Full-time | 2-4 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate ocean and air shipments.
  • Handle documentation and customs clearance.
  • Track shipments and update clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of cargo.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
  • 2-4 years operations experience in UAE.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding procedures.
  • Good communication skills.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Customer Services Executive

Dubai | Full-time | 1-3 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide shipment status updates.
  • Coordinate with operations team.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Knowledge of logistics is a plus.

ACCOUNT

Accountant

Jebel Ali | Full-time | 3-5 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage daily accounting transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Monitor customer outstanding balances and vendor payments. Handle VAT-related records, tax documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers regarding financial matters.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in shipping and logistics.
  • Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
